Hey Guys,
My name is Colum Kelly and I'm a representative for Cooper Sports & Leisure, based in Ballinasloe, Co.Galway.
Cooper is one of the leading Sports bands in Ireland, with a wide range of products from Hurling Helmets, Gaelic Footballs to Hoodies and Tracksuit bottoms. Our specialty, of course, is our Cooper Hurling Helmet, which is now being worn by 80% of all senior GAA Hurling players. It is hugely popular across the nation and generates a large amount of the company’s profit.
The newest model of our helmet has just recently been developed and we are looking a different ways to market it. We have come up with the idea of: The evolution of the cooper helmet. We were thinking of a poster advert paralleling the human evolution chart, but instead with helmets - first model to most recent model and how it has developed over time. We believe it should be visually striking, colourful with some humour incorporated into the image. It's important to remember that this campaign will be aimed at a younger demographic.
