im not getting a true feel for this image really,
the proportioning is all wrong. For instance the eyes are to close to her eye brows, the distance between her eyes is so small. She also has very fat cheeks. i would storngly recommend that you redo you proportions.
keep at it
sorry if I sounded harsh

Cheek I'll try to correct via hair if reasonably possible. I see what you're saying about the eyebrows - that part actually is correct, whats incorrect is mostly the (lack of) tilt of the nose and the eyesacks below them being too small. The problem being the head is supposed to be tilted down a bit. Hence the lip/nose closeness.
What I don't see though, the distance between her eyes? Its roughly 1third each (eye, space, eye) - the left eye has a bit of white area that makes it seem a hint too wide, but thats about it.
Dunno though, maybe enlighten me on that bit.
Edit : Will post updated version in a bit.

Bit closer to what it should be now (been this way since yesterday, have been doing mostly perspective head sketches the last few days, and a few hands).
The left eye is bothering me ALOT, the chin a wee bit (rather easy to correct), the right side of the cheek could probably use a bit more forshortening due to perspective and so on. As soon as I get my hands on a decent eraser (just been using pencil-end erasers so far, ergo being extremely conservative in their use) I'll do all these things. C+Cs about what else is stil wrong or how to best do it are welcome.
