Girl Playing Hurdy Gurdy C&C please

Hi,
working on a scene with several medieval/renaissance musicians.. Currently on this girl, playing a Hurdy Gurdy. I based the dress off the picture below. Im not too sure about the dress, and the face. Any tips or suggestions?

hey, looking good so far, but i'm sure ur gonna put more details into it. maybe u could make the skirt a little bigger and puffier like the ones in the pic. :)
