more sketches: glowing cans

[gekitsu]

i dunno why but i am recently obsessed by strange cans that contain something glowing and smoking.

this is a few days old and did it for my sister who is an avid fan of the harry-potter kind of magic.
it came out a bit low contrasted...

this one was done with craig mullin's blueish/greenish palette that he used on some paintings in mind.

i really like the second one.
you might just want to try uping the contrast in the first one. I do that alot like half way through. Just completely altering my colors and continue painting.
