Need Landscape Concept Art

Hi, I'm designing a game and I'd like to have one really good piece of concept art to help inspire interest in my project. I've commissioned pieces in the past from this forum and have had good luck. Here is a description of what I am looking for:

A dreary winter landscape - a snow-covered field with mountains in the far distance, overcast sky. In the middle of the field is a large fruit tree, in full bloom.

I'm looking for a semi-realistic, maybe impressionist style. Above all else I'm looking for quality, so anyone who can do a landscape in that vein feel free to write me here or preferably at my email address:

Depending on quality, I am able to spend up to $500 on this piece.
