Neat overall character idea...
mabey add more contrast?
mabey make the chains different lengths to make it less symetrical?

From my view, the drawing could use a bit more detail. The face could have eyebrows, skin - more texture, eyes as well. Some detail could be added to the skulls.
This is lots of work though - and i guess you want to finish it sooner.
Also, he has huge eyes... and a tiny forehead. It is your design and up to you, but i would either enlarge the forehead or make smaller eyes.

okay here's my harsh criticism:
I don't like it, yet. I would like to see you take this piece and really go crazy on it. Don't worry what it looks like in the end, but rather try and learn from it. Think about what this piece is in 3D space. Shade it gradually around the soft parts and a more of a harsh transition in the sharper areas. This piece will never be portfolio quality in the state it's at. Keep the color, find some reference, and PUSH IT! Who cares if you mess it, just learn from it, make it more three dimensional by rendering the form. Make the darks darker and the lights lighter, just don't color line art and leave it at that. You gotta break a few pieces before you get it right. KEEP GOING! The mere fact you're posting here shows interest, now swallow any cares you had for it and rip it up with that wacom, marker, whatever... learn baby, learn!
