Glad to have you here, at long last!

I am sure this will be a worthy sketchbook when you start regularly posting more stuff in here, that ought to pique people's interest surely.

I like the idea which this work depicts, for it's quite cunning to say the least.
And as you explained me, yes, the representation works mighty fine in the picture ;) .

Anyhow, since I am unable to say anything reasonable at the moment, keep on posting and don't leave anything out, sketches, complete or incomplete works, no matter, post them all! \,,/

First and foremost; this work is astounding!

It is rather delicate how it has this realistic feel and touch to the head part, apart from the less detailed body itself. As if the work consists of three separate forms; decorative head and horns, the facial hair and other "fur" and then the body, which all look different from eachother. Not to say that there would be anything wrong with it, but it gives really nice depth to the work ;) .

I am amazed truly by the detail put to the head and making it more unique looking rather than most Satyr-kind-of-creatures people use to draw in a very stereotypical style. This more likely looks like a delicate mix of a Satyr and minotaur blended together.

Well done, and now that I've rambled my fandom for your art, it is time for you to post more art in here! \,,/

Thank you for your comment Môrbus the Mad! You did noticed that I were trying to make clear line between different parts of this creature using both light and shadow (so I didn't quite failed this time, yayy~). Yet I truly need little more practise with angles where light comes and where shadows fall but this was good exercise indeed.

I was bored, I wanted to do something else than "just" a drawing so I decided to try making a sculpture. It's made of simple modelling clay (Efaplast Classic). Eyes are green glass beads. Painted with acrylic colors. I actually took two pictures of it so I could compare before and after -pics to each other, so:

I think I did very good job for a first timer with these materials. I've done sculptures with real clay before but now I can notice differences between. Also, I have never used acrylic paints before so it was good to try something new.
