CONCEPT ARTIST WANTED - London based for work at Oscar-winning production house
We are looking for a world class Concept Artist, to start work immediately on an exciting and original multi-platform science fiction franchise comprising a UK/US television series, as well as console and portable videogames.
Artist will be working at BreakThru Films (http://www.breakthrufilms.co.uk)' Soho studio (Oscar last year for PETER & THE WOLF).
The Artist must be able to work in a realistic, gritty style and have a great sense of character and movement. An understanding of both film/TV and videogames and experience in both fields is a plus.
Artist will be working very closely with the show's creators, as well as with BreakThru's videogame and TV production partners and artists. This could turn into a full time position.
In addition to character work, confidence designing and rendering environments and props is also expected, likewise a solid understanding of visual storytelling. The project will demand speed, efficiency and team work.
