CALL FOR ENTRIES: CG PACK MODULE ONE
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Introducing:
CG PACK MODULE ONE
A downloadable training module
Montreal, 18th December, 2003
For any artist looking to make some extra cash, we are putting together an art/educational module called “CG PACK MODULE ONE”. Each module will consist of only 10 artists featuring tutorials / model sheets and PSD painter files etc. downloadable for only 10$ per issue.
If your work, model sheets, tutorials are selected and featured on one of our modules, 40 cents per unit sold will go directly to the contributing artists ($4, divided by 10 artists). If we reach our targeted goal of 1,000 units sold, you would then make $400 (USD). Everything will depend on the number of units sold.
CG PACK MODULE ONE will be the first of its kind. Depending on its success, new units will be put together.
We feel this is a great way to reward artists for the work they do. CG Channel was founded on the principle of seeking out and promoting digital talents all over the world.
Selected artists may also be interviewed and featured on CG Channel, if you have the time to do so! A good way to get a bit more exposure and a great excuse for asking a raise at work!
We are looking for in-depth tutorials with screen grabs and descriptions, including thumbnails of brushes opacities and short descriptions on things such as how you are using color theory value etc.
Artists are not limited to only one submission. Several entries will increase your chances of being selected. If more than one selection is used in a module, you could make even more money.
When sending in work please make sure you provide your full name, email, phone numbers and other relevant contact information so we can contact you later for future projects. We also encourage you to watermark your work. Please, if you watermark your images, use something discrete but efficient.
Submissions should be sent to travis@cgchannel.com.
Whenever possible, Photoshop (PSD) files should be submitted unmerged. If your files are too large to be emailed, you can send us CDs at the following address:
CG Channel Inc.

For more information contact us at travis@cgchannel.com.
Take notice, we will be on break for the next 2 weeks (Holidays), so don't worry if you don't hear back from us right away. We are not ignoring you!! If mail becomes full over the holidays new submissions will be accepted beginning of Jan as well so try again
