First of all, this isn't the forum for posting this sort of thing.
You should have posted this in the Lounge (http://www.conceptart.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=2).

To answer your question, you need a host of some kind (either buy it, or use a free host). If you use a free host, some do not allow remote linking of images - which means you can't just upload your image, and have it work. Just make sure your host can do remote linking.
