Photoshop Concept Work Needed

I am looking for a concept artist that can use this painting:

and create a hi-res concept image to be used as reference for a painting I will later make.

The artist hired will need to maintain the poses and forms from this painting but completely change all the characters and the backgrounds for modern ones that I will provide real life photographic references to (internet images).
