As I am learning SketchUp, I figured to post a W.I.P. I am learning as I work, just having fun with this one. Its pretty much a concept of a fuel depot in the desert where riders can stop, refill and "REFILL." Now this is the future, so autopilot gets rid of the DWI factor haha.
I will make the hovercraft smaller once I am finished modeling it. nothing fully to scale, but the idea is there.

Hey, this looks damn good considering you're still just learning! Good job :)
If you want it to be even more badass when you're done, I suggest you render it, that way it'll look more realistic with cool lighting and all! Kerkythea (http://www.kerkythea.net/joomla/) is a good one and for free! But maybe you'll want to grasp SU better before you go into the depths of rendering.

AsaB: Thanks for the recommendation for that render program, I am having tons of fun bouncing from both programs!
