Hey there fellas! Didn't post any finished works for a long time. Well, i've done an experimental industrial design project. This is about a parfume and all of its design materials like bottle design, package design logotype and other stuff. Result is like this...I used Lucy liu for demonstration ;) All of this content are painted in hand...i may post the other thingies later.

p.s.: I don't know if this is conceptual stuff but the bottle is...

take care...

thnx for your comments :)
hehe..yea it looks like it has other uses but if you think all of the other "long" parfume bottles looks like that. By the way it is a man parfume...anyway. Here's how it dispenses:

i'm not an industrial engineer but it gives a clue.

your way of drawing and coloring is very great so the first impression i had when i saw the bottle was the same impression than the other reply.....you are a goood painter i think

very interesting thread, I like both the desing of the bottle and the way you present it :) :)

I thought it was a gag ad for a dildo, to put it frankly. It seems extremely sexual (both in form and presentation) for perfume.
BUT - the technical execution is beautiful. Figure AND design sketches in one, I like it.

well, i am no product designer, so i can not really comment on the product itself in terms of functionality.
But i do like the design, very slickt and kind of elegant...

I would suggest to incorporate the bottle into that metal thingy some more and maybe make it some smaller so it doesn´t look like... you know. I think it is too big for a parfume right now.

I am into logo and package design myself, at least thats what i am studying.
I really like stuff that is simplistic and does not distract the eye of the consumer.

I know that your name for the parfume has acid in it, but i would rather put that into the logo itself, than on the packaging. Those acid bubbles just don´t seem to be right!

Just leave those bubbles away, and you have yourself a nice, clean package. I like the colors you´ve chosen, pretty cool.

Instead of doing those acid-bubbles i would go and try to give the logo some more of that acid feel to it. Maybe try to stylize the acid-bubbles, if you want to have a logo that is!

i dunno... hope i was of some use!

The bottle design is awesome! I also love the logo, but I dunno if "Acid" is such a great name for something you spray on yourself to smell good ;) But like I said, the designs rock. The painting of Lucy Liu is really great, too!

kress; Sex sells, thats a proven fact.

go look on the shelf, a lot of product bottles are shaped strangely similar to sexual objects.

like coke bottle: its a womans body!

Its a scheme to get you to look twice, and it works very well indeed

Well done atmos :)

I like the look of the advert, and the way the the perfume is held is innovative as well as provocative.

A fragrance enjoyed by men but loved by women, hehe

Just wondering if I saw this somewhere else before, did you use it on something in the colouring book thread?

That's actually a really interested perfume bottle design.

I would really like to see some of your other work.

behemot5: thnx for your comments. trying to be :)

Franz Steiner:Thanx man...demonstration is important you know ;)

Kress: Yea, as i specified it before, sex and sexual stuff is a must be in fragrance industry. Thats th e world order...thanx for your input.

shyst: Thats a lipstick on her lips, neo geisha style...and you're not strange, thats the world order as i said..hehe

el_kyrre: thnx for taking yor time here pal. Well, all designers must follow the 3F rule for success: "Form Follows Functionality". Thats a must be in all of the industrial products. The design must be functional even after use...i did it bigger cuse it's a man parfume and man that using it must feel that power in their hands, their hands got to wrap around the bottle. Its a tip..I used some melting on the parfume package, thought it could be interesting. I don't know...i liked how it turned out...for the logo, i tried to gave that feel with the colors. Thanx for your long input man...

Rusty Red Robot: Thanx man... Well acid is dangerous, dangerous is passion, passion is love, love is sex and goes...got it?

endregan: thanx pal...your're right about what you said. That's the point...

young paddy1: thank you some much...yea you saw it on the colouring but, it was in a geishas hand...pre study...

dieselseven: thanx diesel, i will open my site soon, you can see them there...
