I like how the features of your portraits are somewhat... edgy and exaggerated, they also feel very 3d-ish. Keep doing more is all I can say here.

I've always been fascinated with water colour... This is the medium easy as well was difficult at the same time to handle... And Landscaping water colour is a task where we try to replicate colours and moods of nature... Here is an attempt to do the same...

Hey you have done some great facial work! I particularly like the one in your 2nd post. It is very nicely rendered.
Let's see some more! Some models / anatomy perhaps?
Oh and welcome to CA! Haven't been here too long myself either. This place really does help people improve, and it is such a good community too. Though I found it only really works well if you upload regularly (I'm trying to upload once a week, but others upload every day).
I hope to see some more great stuff from you, I'll keep watching.
And thanks a lot for visiting my sketchbook!

I love the style of the faces. I've always wanted to try watercolor again. The couple of times I gave it a shot all it did was frustrate me.

I like this one (http://www.conceptart.org/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=648869&stc=1&d=1239966956). It's expressive and has a lot of character to it. You shade really well and those watercolors are strong works! Show us more of what you do. Keep posting!!

you're really good when it comes to watercolours!! this medium always fascinated me...and i also consider it hard to do; if you don't get it right there's no going back, retouching and so on
i think you should experiment with more vivid colours :saturated highlights with desaturated shadows and the other way around..it really gives a painting it's mood :)
about your pencil work..i think your portraits are good!! just work more with the human figure and poses ^^
