I've noticed a bunch of web host questions lately. Many of them are asking about free hosting, but this may still help some of you.
I use www.godaddy.com for both URL registration and web hosting. For 3.95 a month, you get a webmail account, 25mb of storage, and 1000mb of bandwith per month.
When I first signed up for this level of service, the mb limits were lower and it cost $5.95 a month. This is the first service I've had that's actually improved what you get and lowered the price at the same time.
Anyway, Godaddy is highly recommended by me. I've even called customer service once, gotten to talk to an actual human being, and had my issue resolved in short order. That's hard to get these days.
