My english is not the best,but i try to translate:
1(upperL):with that stupid land there it doesn't really work.at the end we won't even get oil out there.
2/upperR):maybe we should do it as we did that time,take on some of that people.if they would have sm.thng. real to do,then they probably not fool around.
3(midL):hm,but that time there were some cool scientists.here we just have old-school-torturers,what use would they have?we have mk-ultra ourselves.
4(midR):yes.uh-i remind recently i tryed to pounce some hypnotic-killers into bin ladens dialyse-apparatus.but it didn't really work.
