Avatar Won't Change

I've been having trouble getting my avatar to change. I've tried uploading anew one over the old, deleting my old one then uploading a new one over it, and just plain deleting it and nothing seems to have an effect.

I've cleared my cache, tried a different browser and even tried a different computer to make sure I wasn't being thick.
I know this isn't a huge problem, but I would like to update my avatar and I figure someone else might be experiencing this problem. I've used Firefox and Safari.

Can anyone help me out?

From the screenshot, it looks like you are trying to change your profile picture. Your profile picture is different from your avatar picture.
"Edit Avatar" is listed right above "Edit Profile Picture" in the side bar of your UserCP.
