First thing I did today.
Went to a prehistorical sand hill piled up by the Rhine several million years ago, probably. Climbed it. Did nothing but panting devotedly for a couple of minutes until I eventually managed to swear that this year will be different from all the others, as you always do when you're getting pathetic. Apart from being more exhausted than you should be just because of some hill to ascend, I tried to convince myself that I surely am able to draw.
The second thing I did, I joined the community of C.A. (my regards to those other members who might spare some time to leave a comment, thanks in advance!).
I must confess that I actually hate acting like the newbie I am. First of all, I haven't gotten used to draw in a different way than just from my imagination yet. Furthermore, I am sort of confused by the variety of advices and artworks that are just waiting to be discovered! But where are my manners?...
I'm 18 years old, female, a student, waiting for the Famous Life Sense Everybody Is Seeking For, but not yet feeling ready to get used to The Seeking Itself, and quite not capable of speaking English, as you might notice.
My username is Greek for 'phoenix', and indeed it has a meaning behind it. I rather would not mind if you called me Anna, though.
Now I honestly do not know where to start. I never thought of drawing like that before, and I hope that this site will somehow help me to improve my drawing skills. I also hope that I will be able to keep my promise. The hell I'll do to neglect it, as there is a certain role model that I've got. His name is Inigo Montoya, an amazingly fencing fellow appearing in the story of The Princess Bride by William Goldman (my second favorite book).
And I am babbling to much, as always. Thanks to all who are reading this.
