Ladies and Gentalmen, It is the begining of a new era!!...or maybe just a new sketchbook for me.
Anyways, ive been thinking of starting a thread for a while and i decides to wait till i started a new book. so now i have.
What i hope to accomplise in this sketch book are as follows:

-Become comfortable with the figure
-Adding Detail to drawings.(ie.better facial features, stuff like that)
-Learn perspective for environments
-Experiment with new materials (I really want to try El coro's method, so i hope to get some ink and such soon)
-Do more digital painting and sketches.
Now there are a million different thing i could say but thoses are for me at least the main ones i would like to get better at.

Theses arent actualy from my sketchbook because i have to scan what i have in the book still.

First is inspired by Lung's Portrait what he just did. Not nearly as good. I plan to do many more like it.

this is nice work, your painter work is good, only thing i'd say about the 3rd image is quite vlurry, which is good, but the eyes are quite detailed which makes them stand out from everything else. if thats what you wanted then it's good. otherwise this stuff is really good, keep it up:)

The national geographic study is sweet dude, but try and be a little more careful with your line placement, less scratchin'.

I think you and I think a lot alike as we draw, I'll ofted write my own uncensored crits of my own work right next to a drawing!! ;)

Line quality, homie. I went to my first art class about 2 months ago. They asked me to draw lines--vertical and horizontal--and then they left me.

After 3.5 hours, they returned

I had filled 6 pages front and back

Circles were next...
