I shall begin this thread by jumping on eromenos and hapun's bandwagon and post a selfportrait. but it's not really a "sketch"...more like a finished pieced for college admissions portfolio. heh.
vaguely symbolic and fine-artsy abstractlike to wow them admissions peeps.
and i have drawn my left nostril a tad larger than it is in real life. please try not to look too closely at it. (i will fix it someday)

About Me:
I like drawing dreads and angry girls.
the angry girl has a 5-o'clock shadow because I was equipped with a very smudgy eraser at the time.

Nice use of colours in the self portrait. Warm/cool colour on a side idea.

So I just started training this week for a job as a caricature artist at great america. Pretty exciting!
The method is pretty formulaic, but I've learned a lot about the structure of the human face...and I've only had 8 hours of classes so far! And you learn how to draw craaaaaaazy fast.

Cool the charicatures drawings are awesome, you'll probably learn a lot as far as speed is concerned. Thanks for sharing. And keep working hard.
