i'm really fond of this, beautiful rendering.
The colors on the first one are just perfect imho, i love the simplicity of your strokes and how well they render human anatomy.

My less favorite is the second one, its a bit too muddy i think.

in the first one the onl thing i can see is that the hilt of his sword is not aligned with the blade, but its still an awesome picture.

please show more, i really love this "painted anime" style (a little similar to great coreans artists i admire)

thanks for the comments, actually all of them except the second one was done on painter 7, maybe that's why its so muddy=)

As mime said the 1st one is the best...

The contrast of the rest is too less...a little adjustment with the contrast would enhance them a lot...though i guess you spent more time for the 1st one, since the technique is different...

Wow, i like your stuff. Though the third one looks a bit okward. It doesn't really look like his polishing the sword (If that's what you mean't) And i especially like the first, and second one. Good job.

Good work - even though I really donīt like Anime-style very much ;).

I hope you donīt mind me critizising anatomy - I myself have got problems with it, too.

In the first pic the tumb of the left hand is strange, it doesnīt look like this in this perspective. You can easily see this with a mirror and a broomstick (or your personal Daito ;)).

In the third pic I see again probs with the left thumb - it seems much too long for me. The thumb on the right hand seems quite thin to me. BTW if someone would touch one of my own swords like this I would show him, what they are made for - polishing them anew is a PITA :D .

Sorry for emphazising hands - Iīm just at the moment really trying to improve them myself. As I said overall nice work and good colours.

Itīs good to start drawing again - I just did it myself ...

thanks for the comments, i see what you mean with the hands. and please feel free to comment especially on the anatomy, its there that I really feel i'm lacking. And the first one was actually done from an actual pencil sketch at school, the others were done from scratch on the computer. thanks again.

Hmmm, Are you sure that first one isn't Himura Kensin? These are great. The only thing that bothers me is the length of the nodachi in the first one. Can he actually draw that beast? It's taller than him.
