I agree. Might change the color scheme a bit. The picture looks great.

It looks fantastic! Monsters Inc. or not, you painted this nicely and i like the relationship between the two. The kid is great and the stuffed monster even better.

I went out to your sight and looked around. Wow! You have some fantastic work. I hope you post more soon.

reminds me a little of Mark Ryden's work. Although there's no Abe or meat.

Koryh! Post more!

Looks great...though a little structure on the dragon would enhance the overall look.

The girl and it's doll is a masterpiece, especially her face!

Now i am thirsty

Gee thanks guys.
When I look at it now the Monster/Dragon has Sully's EXACT coloring. How embarrassing. :emb: I had no intention of doing that. I actually did this before the DVD came out. I assure you that I was desperately looking forward to that release so undoubtedly it was in the back of my mind. Funny how that works. I will definitely change the colors when this project picks up again.
I will post some more stuff soon. Good call on all the suggestions.

Thanks again

PS here is a couple of character studies of just the girl.
I liked how these turned out. Maybe not the draghftmanship, but certainly the personality.

Enjoy

Love these sketches.

i keep a eye on the neck length cause this establishes the
hair length. which is above the shoulders.
the other is the pant length, the pants are little short in the
final art.
she measure 2 and a half heads high on the orginal also.

but these are wonderful studies.
thanks for sharing them.
