How to kill time in a bar

I can't say I don't. Do you just sit there and sketch while you talk to some one or you do it when your by yourself?

reminds me of some old HR giger ink works..

for me though im usually to busy crushing ass...... but at work. thats a differetn story... i work at a golf coarse (till i get my art career going)... and today i almost got fired cause i was doodling on a score card... and forgot to take it off.... well some snobwhore member used the card :eek: and complained to my boss.. hehe, it was just a skull..... a really big scary skull:D

I spent most of my time drawing in bars at one time. Great place to do it. People are curious and don't mind having their pic drawn. SOME DO though so be careful and ask first if you draw the people. I used to make money at it. Known other artist that do the same thing. Course it doesn't look like you draw the people. You should give it a try. Great pic. I like all the stuff you've got going on there.

Well Shadow Killer.. if my friends are there then I try (KEY WORD), try to get some shit done. If there is not a friend in the room, O well, by the end of the night someone asks about tatoos... and sometimes its a good in with the ladies.

He is an influance. I can not lie about this, but one gets sick of hearing it aarrggg!

Nikia, I have tried that, but some could not look up once I started, others ask when there is 15min. till closed. Over all,.. Its a great way of meating women, other artist, make some sells, and free beer for being good at it.

L.Scrub, I used to draw the people while they were moving around the bar. Great practice for getting detail down quickly. It also improves your memory for detail. After a while I could look at something once and draw most of the detail or scene in a few minutes. It's also like you say a great way to meet people.

I think I might gonna try drawing poeple again. Its a nightmare for me to draw real people. And I know I should be able do it....
