I am running vista32 and photoshop cs4. Whenever I hit ctrl, alt, or shift on my keyboard a little popup overlays my screen. Not sure if it is photoshop or windows, or drivers, so sorry if this is the wrong place. I'm just very frustrated! It does do it outside of photoshop AFTER i open photoshop (even if photoshop is closed thereafter. But it seems NOT to do it before opening photoshop.

You have partially eliminated Vista. The only thing i can think of is reinstalling Photoshop, but since you are frustrated i assume you already did that. You can either contact Adobe or download a patch which might fix your problem. It sounds like Vista isn't dumping the memory after you closed Photoshop, so there is a slight possibility that it may be vista, but at this point and time I doubt it.
Do you have any "older" versions of Photoshop to see if your problem is in fact Photoshop CS4? I'm just throwing in possibilities\options to consider.

The problem was with "pen flicks" which is some useless garbage thrown into vista, if anyone else has this problem just turn all of it off. Thanks for the reply dude I appreciate it.
