Schoolgirl.. revisted.

Ammediatly after finishg the schoolgirl picture about 3 weeks ago I did the colouring of the "Red Head with Big Guns" girl and thought I had improved from 2-tone colouring to a more defined way of colouring in 2 pictures. So I've now started to re-paint the schoolgirl picture (drawn by someone here at Polycount) and here's the WIP:

Whaddya think of the newer one I've started in comparison to the older one. Lookin' for some C&C. Hopefully the new one is well enough on its way to give some decent C&C.

Looks good! You've come a ways. Her belly looks to shiney, (almost like plastic) I'd tone that down. Put some shading and highlights in her hair. And I'd thin down the outline around her. Or maybe get rid of it all together by putting in a slightly darker tone of color than the one next to it all the way around. ie: along her skin, just put in a darker skin tone where you black outline is. A darker grey alone the edges of her shirt, etc. Hope this helps.:)
