Animation: Need Painters, In-Betweeners, and After Effects people

I'm working on my thesis under the working title of "Thorns".
I have unfortunately had a tough year with my health and other obligations and have 2 more months to finish this.
What I need is:

Animators who can in'between key frames. I'm working with layers in photoshop, so you dont need flash or toonboom or anything extraneous.

Painters or Illustrators who can paint over/color frames of animation to fit the scene, as well as tightening up some backgrounds.
Skill level required would be somewhere around here:

Lastly, I need people who know after effects to help me with the final editing and special effects.

I don't have money to offer, but this will hopefully be shown at festival venues and may appear on imdb. Credit and gratitude is all I have to give at this point.

Any way you can put up at least one still frame of what the final result should look like. The above painting does not look cel shaded...what is youe duration?
