So just a quick inquisition. I've been trying to sketch people around town(cafe's, parks, etc) to build up my experience in form and proportion. But I find it difficult to draw people and not look overly obvious that I'm doing it. I'd like to hear any methods or tips my fellow artists have.

cheers

I think I'm pretty good at doing it as when ever some one thinks I'm drawing them, I'm drawing some one else. The only tips I have should be obvious, (peripheral vision, mirrors, distance, blind spots) but the best advice is to chill out and expect to occasionally get caught.

Hahah I think I would definately attract attention wearing that stuff. Also what I was actually curious about is where you guys like to sketch the (unaware)public? muaha

quick, sideways glances, and don't worry about it if you get caught. It's not like you're making out with their sister or something. :D
