Does anyone know? I'm refering to the cover art for xbox360, and Playstation (i think)

it always just looked like a picture of the 3D model in front of an ambient scratchy background... more box design than box art.

yeah but there still had to be someone who designed the character

obviously got that, but that would be character concept art... not cover art.
