I make art stuff for games. I specialize in cartoon animations but I can do any style. (I actually prefer the variety) I have game design and programming experience as well. If you have any neat project ideas let me know, and I'll help you out on them.

3)How much you want to spend on it
4)Any and all information you can give me about the project
