i just bought a wacom graphire3 and i got this problem with it..

the pen starts clicking(it does the same thing that would happen if you permanently hold your mouse button) when i hove over the tablet so it's impossible to use it..

has anyone had this problem? I tried putting pressure sensitivity to the hardest and weakest but it doesn't help

hmmm...sounds as if the pen button is stuck... so that the pen always "clicks"...did you try the pen on the desktop? Does it mark the icons? Does the same thing happen with the wacom mouse on the tablet?

I can't help you out, but maybe the questions wil head you to a solution...also try the pen on another tablet (at work/friends)...

yes when i use the pen on the desktop it give me selection boxes all the time, the mouse works fine..

i searched for the problem on the wacom site and other people with exactly the same problem got told the pen hardware is broken and they had to exchange their pens..

whenever the stylus is in contact with the work surface, it counts as a click/drag. you should be able to hover the stylus over the surface, not making actual contact, to move without clicking anything. i probably misunderstood the problem, so i'll shut up. *crawls back under his rock*

I had the same problem... try using tweasers to pull the button out then go into the settings and make it so you don't have to push as hard.
