I'm not sure if you have problems with hands, but you wont get any better by hiding them in pockets, or behind things.

Other than that this isn't a bad start, post some more so we can see what your strengths and weaknesses. That way we can better help you out.

Nice works, the only thing i can really point out right know is in the second pic, you need to work on the snow, the lines are too dark, and thick. Just small stuff, keep up the good work.
