neo-fantastical 16th century/victorian character design.

in case of a draw, an alternative entry:

a 1980's unmodified civilian vehicle, the 1983 trans am medallion is not included, no diesel fueled vehicle are allowed, and entry must be 4 door. entry must be straight off the lot, stocked.

-optional poem about vehicle may be included
