Humorous Horse Racing drawings

We are currently looking for a concept artist for a book about horse racing terminology.

We are looking for someone with a style similar to this:

We are able to pay $500 for around 20 black and white line drawings, including a rough stage, and final conceptual piece.

Drawing equine art is a plus, but a humorous light touch is our main priority.
