I can tell your a small publishing outfit, but I'd like to know what kind of compensation you offer.

Do you pay a page rate? Do you offer a cut of the royalties? and if so what's the percentage?

I don't mean to put you on the spot but those are important things to know. No matter what you have to offer, Let it be known.

do not give up ,Im sure sooner or later you are going to find someone...maybe if you could tell how much you are ready to pay that artist for his work ,you would get more response? just a thought

You need to throw up page rates etc. The freelance section is for paying work bot sometimes non paying post in it by accident. If there is no guaranteed or immediate payment upon completion of work it needs to go in non paying.

After looking at the web pages linked, and since LockR hasn't returned to clarify, I'm going to move this thread to the non paying forum. If LockR returns and clarifies the payment then the thread can be moved back.
