What, I sketch?

Chuckle, I thought the title was a bit funny. Anyways, yeah I sketch sometimes and though I USED to post on deviantART, I got NO critique for it no matter how hard I begged.

That's all I want, is some critique and if you can detail a technique you'd believe would help the next time around, the by all means, detail it!

The sketch is of a latest character of mine, her development is a work in progress. Soon as it's all set, if anyone is interested I"ll tell her story when I upload the completed color work.

The rose-looking thing is something I made for my fiance. It's actually one of those scratching things that kids like to use stencils on. Well I laid one of the roses he had gotten me for Valentine's day on the desk and just scratched the image in, the rest is on the spot from my imagination.

This is a reincarnation of Safty Stonerule, a woman who once held a power of Eternity.

Where she dwells, there are such beings of Eternals that guard the most potent forms of an element. As such, there are eight total: Stone, Energy (Lightning), Wind, Water, Fire, Darkness, Cold (Ice), and Light.

Safty held the Eternity of Fire for a brief time, until shortly after her husband, Orson Stonerule, died.

And that's all I'll say for now, I'm exhausted, but I shall return tomorrow and edit this to finish the storytelling. I hope you all will enjoy it.
