KiN project is looking for an experienced Concept Artist.

Introduction.

KiN is an online multiplayer game set in a realistic and gritty world of ancient empires, kingdoms, realms, and tribes.

In dark and perilous times, great leaders decided the fate of thousands and crusaded mercilessly across the globe on colonial endeavours. Tribes clashed violently with invading armies. Mysterious new civilisations were discovered in the hidden reaches of the globe. Peasants toiled and sweated, building some of the greatest wonders the world would ever know.

Peaceful coexistence has never been more than a dream. All that man has been able to hope for is a mighty ruler capable of subduing his enemies and bringing about a temporary peace through the exercise of raw power.

Players enter the virtual life of Kin, in which they work together with the other members of their faction, progressing slowly through the evolutionary steps of mankind and attempting to build a great civilization. When war comes to their lands they must take up arms, and fight side by side in epic cinematic battles against the toughest adversaries.

To become a hero, players have to master teamwork, strategy, civil labour, obedience, and courage, to ensure the survival of their Kin.

To be clear, is there any pay available as the art is done?

To clarify, the work is done on royalty basis, or back payments made after sale, there is no payments during work. The whole team is working on this method and will each have a share of net profits.

I can post in "non-paying jobs" also if you like, but I would then have to remove all royalty or deferred payments from the job, which I dont think would be fair if the person has spend time on the project.

The "Non Paying" forum is not just for jobs with no possibility of pay. It can also cover jobs that have the POTENTIAL to have no pay. Any time pay is on the back end there is a chance that the project never finishes, or makes no money, and the pay never materializes. I know most people who post these kinds of jobs are very excited about their jobs, and see them as a sure thing, but it just isn't the case.

See this sticky for employers:

for our stance on this.

I'm going to move this to the non paying forum. Carlito123, if you decide to change the terms I can move the post back if you request.
