Where's my art book and Downloadable content?

I hate to come here again and say this, but it's been 2 weeks since I ordered the Massive black Art book. I posted this roughly a week ago and although I finally got an answer from Scot about the where abouts of my stuff, I still dont have either the book nor the download...I was told it would be shipping last week. I was asked what download I wanted.......where's my stuff??

I love you CA and MB but this is ridiculous.

I bought mine over a month ago, got the downloads, still waiting for the book. I'm pretty sure there are lots of people still waiting. Did anyone get status confirmation or a link for tracking?

I'm sure shipping to Lebanon takes a while.I thought I saw someone from Canada who took about a month to receive her stuff. Did you try emailing Scooter again before posting here? You should have gotten a confirmation email right after paying, the tracking doesn't really do anything.
I assure you, the book is so worth the wait :)

I never got a tracking e-mail or anything. My book showed up just fine anyway. If your like me and you've bought downloads since you ordered this book you may not have seen your download email. They didn't distinguish the subject line from the normal purchase email they usually send. Check the emails if you have any and it might be sitting in your in box already.a

I sent a couple of emails to scooter. I already asked supplied what download I wanted. I got an email from him today asking me again what download I wanted....I'm guessing they missed my previous email. i guess if people have waited over a month for theirs to show up I can shut up about mine.

And I know its totally worth the wait...but that doesn't make the wait for it any easier. :P

I've been waiting since the books release and it's getting pretty tiresome :P When I check the "status"-page i got in a mail, the status field is blank. Mailed but no answer... :(

Hey guys,

I was just browsing through this thread and wanted to respond. We've received hundreds of book orders, and most of them are handled quickly without any problems. Sometimes things happen that are outside of our control and things get delayed. I've sent someone the same download three times now and for whatever reasons they haven't received it, or there have been cases where a book is held up in customs. Also, we're not a large shipping operation like Amazon so things do go a little slower.

Anyway, I just wanted to reassure you that we do take care of everyone, and I'll double check with Scooter to make sure everyone's up to date with their downloads/books. Thanks again for your support.

Ordered my book on the 14 of Jan, received my download already, but not my book, I suppose it takes some time for it to reach from the US to Singapore huh?
