You'll have to excuse the nit-picks; I just came out of a critique class and I'm still in the mood.

Nice job. The scan is kinda light, but the values are still in there. I like that shadow on the near side of his face, it really says "sunlight" to me.

The pose of the upper body is strong, but there's something not quite right about how his lower leg connects to his hip. Maybe it's in the details and they got lost in the lightness of the scan, I don't know, but it may also be that the gludious seems slightly exaggerated.

Also, I like the structure of the facial features. All in all, a good drawing. Keep up the good work.
