Everyone's Favourite Plumber...

Hello this is my first art post. I did this late last night after looking at some art on this forum (I forget whose). Anyways i wanted to try some more coloured / digital work which i do not do enough of. I was late and i just felt like doing something, so why not some fanart of the greenman, Luigi.

Any tips on how to improve the image or the technique would be very much appreciated.

Guess I should have put Most Underrated Plumber. Luigi is the man behind the scenes, pickin up the slack of his overwieght brother.

I agree, Luigi does do all the work. In Mario 2 I can't stand using Mario. Luigi rocks the whole game. And then at the end once you beat it with Luigi, who gets all the credit? Mario!!!! What a rip off. They should make a game where Luigi teams up with Bowser, Wart and Wario and take his revenge on Mario for always stealing the lime light. Always taking credit for Luigis hard work. LUIGI ROCKS!!!

I like the atmospere of the image. I think the lighting was done very well. What program did you use?

I used the photoshop elements cd that came with something i bought (don't remember what).

Too bad Luigi did get his own game but it showed off nothing of what he can do, he was just some ghostbuster (underpaid no doubt). He gets screwed over in most mario games, where was he for Mario 64? Mario RPG he was stuck to leading a pararde in the credits. At least in Smash Brothers Melee I used him to beat up my friend who was always Mario.
