Scanner Question Urgent!!

Hey everyone-
My scanner just died, and I need a new one like yesterday. What is a decent model, I haven't had to buy one for awhile, so I don't know what models are good. I had a HP ScanJet 5300c, but it's a piece of crap and finally died. What do you all reccomend?

Well, I have a Canon CanoScan LiDE 30. It produces fairly good results, and scans in at up to 1200 dpi. Pretty nice, and very lightweight. Just plug and push once you get it set up. But hey, it's pretty much the only thing I've ever scanned art with. :)

ive got the same thing silvir does, its pretty affordable and its very streamlined, hardly takes up anymore space than the actual bed
