I watched that show yesterday. It was quite interesting. Made me want to take up some sort of martial art. I swear I will someday.

xma is so cool. those video clips are awesome. they are good for using as foreshortening references. i have a bunch of screenshots from xma on my harddrive.

I thought it was nice eyecandy too. A bit tacky in some places but nice ! It seems to have been a really quick flyover of some martial arts :( I wish they could have had the leisure to spend more time on each.
That mocap was sweet. Must've been a nightmare to clean !

The show was cool and all, but I really wanted to see those people beat up each other. REAL BADLY.:bash:

Those sparring matches looked ugly. They only practice theory, and not much real life application. I wonder if expert martial artist's can make sparring fights look as good as choreographed fights.

That's what Pride Fighting Championships is for...
