Hi
http://members.rogers.com/darrbow01/images/sting_1.JPG
Painter classic, took about 3 hours.
started with a big brush around 60 at 20 percent opacity.
then went 50, 40, down and down ever increasing the opacity higher.
Near the end i used small brush.
Also took Jason advice and started with opossite colors to what i wanted it to be.
I want to mention that i could of used Russian shadows which
would of thrown me to the green in a shadows opposite to the red.
it not really a north american thing, but if you like a jazz picture
throw green against the yellow/crimson of the flesh.
studing russian paintings is good, they have some awsome painters
thru out history of art.
thanks for checking me out.
god bless
