Different Color Window

[Two Listen]

I'm using PS 7 right now, and I was wondering. Saw a painting video the other day, and the color window (generally in the same one as swatches and styles, I think) - right now it shows me the three RGB lines for color. But I saw someone else with...how to explain it...more of a "color wheel" in place of the bar system.

I don't like the ramps, and always have to change my color by double clicking on the color I'm using presently to bring up the "color picker" each time. Is there a way to get this thing always present in place of the RGB "ramps", in PS 7? Or not in my version?
