Hay guys just asking if anyone knows of a pretty good activity or daily study type of project to improve composition skills. One of my greatest weakness's is putting together strong , coherent, and generally interesting compositions so if someone could help me out with this I would really apreciate it.

This is what I was told when I asked that question... (and I've found it quite helpful)
Get a good art history book, such as Gombrich's Story of Art. Each day pick one piece and do thumbnails to find the positive and negative space, the balance and angles and the color and shapes. Study the masters. All the answers are available in the works of the Masters, such as Rembrandt, Caravaggio, Michaelangelo, Titian, Raphael, etc.

I started a thread on a similar topic a few days ago.
