using opencanvas with people

hello, i need someone to explain something to me
i use opencanvas to view wpe's, id like to use it to connect with other people and draw! i have zero clue how to do this..:confused:
can someone please explain to me how the hell you hook up with another artist and draw together?

and when i do find out how to do this, anyone wanna do it TONIGHT?! :chug:

Shoot me an e-mail (eak0012@unt.edu) or (preferably) IM (spyder14183), and I would love to do some OCin' tonight. I can help you get it set up, its really easy... pretty much you open the network window and if you know someone's IP you can connect to them, and you're all set.

Right now I'm at work, I'll be back in an hour or two, and if you have it in front of you I can walk you through it.

i don't suggest host for more than 3 people at once
when a 4th user joins it tends to crash often

Nowhere exciting. I'm an illustrator for the Center for Distributed Learning at the University of North Texas. We do all the online course materials, so I get involved with photography, video, and web design as well as illustration. Usually I end up making icons in Illustrator :D, but every so often something fun comes along.

hey davi, maybe you can help me out..
i tried to oc with nimrod last night - we kept getting wierd messages at first, messages like "???????1060" --wierd

then i realized i had my firewall on, so i turned it off
after that when he tried to join my session or i tried to join his, the name would appear in the chat window for a split second and then disapear.
are some computers just unable to connect?

any help would be appreciated, im dying to try it out
