This may be a stupid question (or apologies if it's been asked before), but does anyone know if there's a way to auto-arrange the colours in a custom swatch?

Here's an example - I've created a swatch from the following image by extracting the colours in 'indexed' mode and saving them. Obviously, they're pretty mixed up, so I want to group them into reds, blues, greens, etc, without having to manually check each one for duplicates then laboriously drag them around in the preset manager. Any ideas, or does anyone know of a tool specifically for doing this?

I used Pedit (http://www.agentur-simon.de/pedit/) to make my custom swatch palettes (here (http://glenmoyes.blogspot.com/2008/10/color-wheel-photoshop-swatches.html) and here (http://glenmoyes.blogspot.com/2009/01/color-wheel-swatches-shades.html))

Pedit is limited to a 256 palette, but you can append palettes together in Photoshop, so that's not a problem. I have noticed that with Photoshop swatch export in Pedit it'll leave out the last color for some reason, so keep an eye out for that. But this little program has saved me tons of time.
