I have a comic book drawing and I would like to ink it but I have no idea which brush to use or how to customize it. I would appreciate any description or tutorial on how to set things up for comic book inking. Thanks.

Basic Marker set to cover instead of buildup. Or the default Thick to Think Pen in the Pens category.

This is an older tutorial, but it may be of some use: http://apps.corel.com/painterix/training/tutorial_inking.html?trkid=tpc1006ft

I also found another one by Jared Hodges on Comics: http://apps.corel.com/lp/other/heroes/PX/index.html
Adding this: http://www.itchy-animation.co.uk/lines.htm
There was also ReiQ's http://www.wonderhowto.com/how-to/video/how-to-digitally-ink-line-art-in-corel-painter-260284/

The brush i always use is the "Scratchboard tool"... Somehow, this brush gives you ultra smooth lines with no jagged edges whatsoever (Unlike the pen brushes).
In the "size" settings I have the size set to about 28% and the min size set to 0%...With the Pressure setting on "pressure".
I also have the 6th pen tip selected (It has a flat tip).

ive seen youtube vids use the scratchboard tool as well. and i will use it doing digital ink cleanups while in my coloring phase... (although for comic book inking i dont think anything can beat manga studio.

I started using water colors, both digital and non, and customized sumie brushes. The dispersion quality of water colors allows for a very organic yet spontaneous look thats somewhat reminiscent of yoji's shinkawa's work in mgs.
