Hello, this is my first post here. I'm currently a struggling freelance artist, haha. I'd like to share some of my work and hopefully receive feedback!

Mr S 14 - All of these were done start-to-finish in Photoshop. Most of these started off as grayscale/monochromatic studies/thumbnails and then I built color on top of the underpaintings with color-mode brushes, replace color adjustments and occasional overlays and various other layer mode settings. I'll start posting WIPs in the WIP and critique section soon.

These are great. The last one is my favorite in it's use of color on the flesh. Specifically on her left foot. If you could do a series of these in traditional media, I believe you would do amazingly. I say that, because I am unfamiliar with digital fine art pricing. Traditional figurative painting is my background... . . ... Having a large print is nice, but I like having the original in existence. It's tough, because the fine art world has yet to legitimize digital works of art. I personally love digital paintings. (just check out my website: www.mauryruiz.com)
