Hello, I need a concept image drawn

Hello, and good day, I am looking for a fairly talented artist to draw a concept image of my character, I have various image captures of her, which I will provide to the artist with the skill I'm looking for. A little information first though the character I need drawn is also my profile picture so as you can tell she is a furry so hopefully that will not discourage most artists away. I will be paying through Paypal so it should not be a problem with receiving payment. I hope some one can help me with this project. Thank you for reading through this even if you don't reply. I actually draw animal people more than people people. I don't have any examples with muzzles online right now, but I can give you several other examples of my work. Unfortuantely I don't have photoshop, so as long as you're okay with color pencils I can do them in that. Or I can ask one of my friend with photoshop to color them.
