Flipping pen to erase--not available in CS4?

OK this one kind of pisses me off because my 70 dollar el-cheapo Paint Shop Pro allows me to flip my Wacom pen around to erase and without me having to tear my hair out looking for a way to turn it on either. When you draw like I do, you need to erase about as often as you draw. Anything that saves motion is a good thing. Any solutions for this?

I never find myself flipping the pen because it takes more time than pressing a button on keyboard

That did it all right! Thanks! I just downloaded Photoshop yesterday so this nOOb is busy learning the differences between it and PSP. I expect to be at it for a loooong time.

Shortcuts are good, but also check your Wacom control panel. There's no reason why the eraser tip on the stylus shouldn't work in Photoshop.

My Wacom Pen's flip works fine in my CS4, so I can't really think of a reason for yours not to work.

Unless you have multiple tablets installed.

I've seen this problem occur since CS where if you have more than one tablet, erase doesn't work on the 2nd one. Wacom told me they were aware of the issue but 4 versions have gone by with no fix.

If you had an older tablet installed and don't use it anymore, I suggest you uninstall it, and reinstall the wacom drivers to your latest.

Thanks guys! I ended up reinstalling the tab and updating the driver when I also had the problem of the tab 'forgetting' to recognize pen pressure every now and then. After that I had the eraser issue, which has resolved too. And now I can't move my canvas one bitty inch lol! I'm shaking my head at the whole mess and I think I just need to hit the Adobe forums and find out exactly what I need for EVERYTHING to work so I can play with all CS4's nifty features.
